I guess this makes sense, but if you rooted your Android and have been avoiding updating it because it's a pain in the arse, well you can't use the new Chrome browser ...

We won't get into the reasons or how and why I know this, but those of you in this situation have two options: continue using the crappy browser that doesn't use tabs and is slow as me walking to work in the morning, or unroot your phone then upgrade and enjoy the speed and flexibility of Google Chrome browser on your Android phone.
After that, you may return your phone to its previous state.

Google deception: No drinks at the Google bar
The title of this post on Google's official blog caught my eye ...Official Google Blog: An update on the Google bar. I was hoping Google found a way to pour me a glass of my favorite whisky.
But the article goes on to indicate a little more about Google's integration strategy which I think is almost as cool and probably more useful. There's more information on Google integrating contacts and enabling sharing across products and to targeted lists in your circles.
